Case Study - Pop culture BLog

social media metrics

A pop culture blog was looking to have a presence on social media.

Complication: Social media is oversaturated with pop culture accounts.

Solution: I presented the client with a pop culture niche that had a content gap on social media, which I discovered through research. This niche had a very specific audience. I tested several content types, with Reels being the preferred format. I continued to test what specific content the target audience responded to with Reels.

10 Reels have over 1 million views. 23 Reels have over 100k views.

Below is a screengrab of plays, likes, comments, shares, saves for some of the highest performing Reels.

case study - A restaurant with 6 locations

Social media restaurant

A family-owned restaurant was looking to grow their social media presence.

Complication: Standing out in the very competitive Instagram food category can be challenging. To add to the issue, the client’s food wasn’t very “Instagrammy”.

Solution: Worked with influencers who take great photos and videos of food and who have an understanding of how to post on social media for their audience.

Additionally I looked for other niches they could serve on social and I created content that highlighted their community outreach. A recent Facebook Reel garnered over 2 million views; previous Reels were 1-5k views.

With the influencer posts and the viral Reel, the restaurant saw an increase in impressions over 1,057%.
